Group Psychotherapy
Expressive Therapy Groups
Expressive therapies help people use creative activities—like drawing, music, dance, acting, or writing—to share their thoughts and feelings. This can be helpful for people who find it hard to put their emotions into words.
Being creative can also boost confidence and help people feel proud of what they make. In group settings, it can help people connect with others and feel less alone. Overall, expressive therapies are a simple and helpful way to support emotional well-being and healing.
