The East of the River Fall Festival is Whitman-Walker’s annual back-to-school drive and block party traditionally hosted at the Max Robinson Center. In honor of our transition to the Campus of St. Elizabeths East, we will be expanding the festival to Sycamore & Oak, the new retail village located on the campus. Join us for a free afternoon of live entertainment, go-go music, food, and special giveaways.
Held for the past 37 years, the Walk to End HIV is Whitman-Walker’s signature fundraiser that calls on thousands of Washington, DC area residents to strap up their shoes and walk or run to support Whitman-Walker’s mission of providing dependable, high-quality, comprehensive, and accessible health care to those infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. The Walk to End HIV plays a vital role in honoring our lost ones and raising funds and awareness to fight the epidemic.
