Neurodiversity Groups
Neurodiversity-affirming groups provide opportunities for connection through shared lived experience. Members often discover they are not alone in how they think, feel, or navigate the world, which can reduce shame and isolation while building confidence and self-acceptance. These groups also offer practical tools for self-advocacy, emotional regulation, and navigating relationships, work, and daily life in ways that honor individual needs.

Reaffirm
Are you an adult (18 years +) who has been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, or another form of neurodiversity? Are you not diagnosed but questioning if this might be you? Are you struggling with daily functioning, work, or relationships because of your neurodiversity? This is a space to learn and process the difficulties and joys of neurodiversity. Whether you are diagnosed in adulthood, childhood, or questioning if these experiences fit your reality, this group is a safe space to figure it out. Let’s explore the intersections of how neurodiversity impacts other aspects of identity and life by sharing resources, processing with peers, and learning new skills.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Navigating OCD
A structured and supportive virtual group therapy program grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for individuals navigating obsessive-compulsive disorder. In this 12-week guided, collaborative space, participants learn evidence-based skills to face fears, reduce compulsions, and build confidence. Together, we work toward meaningful change, reconnecting with values and reclaiming day-to-day life with greater freedom and trust in oneself.

–or– - If Your Provider is at Whitman Walker: You can request a referral to group from your provider. Let your provider know that you would like to speak with a Behavioral Health Specialist for a Behavioral Health Consult.
