Mind-Body Groups
Group therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself and others. Using mind–body, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices, these groups help you notice how emotions, stress, and life experiences show up in the body. Through guided reflection, grounding exercises, gentle movement, and shared discussion, learn practical skills to regulate the nervous system, increase self-awareness, and build resilience. These group offerings emphasize curiosity, compassion, and connection—helping people develop healthier ways to relate to their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations while feeling supported.

Stress Reduction
This is an ongoing psychotherapy group for individuals coping with the effects of chronic or acute stress in their lives. This group offers a supportive environment to connect with others and to process mood disorders and the effects of stress on the mind and body. The group is open to anyone with mood disorders, adjustment issues, or other chronic stress. Mindfulness, mind-body relaxation, breathing and other stress reduction techniques will be utilized throughout each session.
Understanding Your Nervous System
A short-term group teaching mind-body techniques for self-regulation, helping participants develop tools for emotional well-being and healing.
Learn how to work with your natural nervous system responses instead of against it. In this short-term psychotherapy group, you’ll learn the basic concepts of self-regulation through mind-body education and experiential exercises. You will develop the tools to be better partners with your body, allowing for increased healing and emotional well-being.
Somatic Slow Down
This group will be a space to continue learning and practicing skills to support awareness and regulation of our nervous systems. Together we will slow down our habitual patterns, listen to what our system is communicating, and mindfully respond to whatever is surfacing. Through this regular practice space, participants will build greater capacity to be with a wider range of emotions without becoming overwhelmed. Our goal for this group is to practice riding the waves of activation with others there as support.
