Expressive Therapy Groups

Art, music, drama, movement, writing, or play—offer powerful benefits beyond talk therapy by accessing hard-to-name emotions and supporting nervous-system regulation through multisensory activities. Participants gain social connection, mirroring, and validation that reduces isolation while building communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills. Creative work fosters agency, self-efficacy, and the integration of emotion with insight.
