Join us on World AIDS Day, December 1, to celebrate legendary AIDS advocate and activist, Elizabeth Taylor.

Ann Talman starred with Elizabeth Taylor on Broadway and here at The Kennedy Center and they remained friends until Taylor’s death.

That relationship is at the core of Talman’s cabaret “The Shadow of Her Smile” – a 70-minute performance that will have you laughing one minute and tearing up the next while reflecting on Taylor’s lasting legacy as a fierce advocate for those living with HIV/AIDS and the LGBT community.

In addition, Kate Andersen Brower, #1 New York Times bestselling author, will be signing copies of her book, “Elizabeth Taylor – The Grit and Glamour of an Icon”. This is the first authorized biography of Taylor – you can purchase at the event or buy now from Politics & Prose.
