Our goal is to decrease the amount of HIV diagnosis in Black and Brown Women and provide resources to expand health care access throughout the DC area. Our team travels across all Wards to help DC residents maintain or improve their health.

Our Beauty Shop Conversations offer a wide range of services, including free walk-in confidential testing for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. We can also facilitate connection to many of Whitman-Walker’s other services, including insurance navigation and comprehensive media care at our health center locations in Northwest and Southeast DC.
