When you contact Whitman-Walker, you will now be able to schedule your visit within the next 10 business days. All appointments on and after August 21, 2017, have been cancelled. We will contact you 14 days in advance to reschedule your appointment under the new system.

LGBT Research Manager

Jennafer Kwait is an LGBT Research Manager at Whitman-Walker Health. She worked with Metro TeenAIDS since September 2014, leading their new LGBTQ youth wellness initiative. Prior to coming to MTA, she was the Director of Programs at The Women’s Collective where she was responsible for overseeing the Care, Prevention, and Policy & Advocacy departments, coordinating strategic planning efforts, and supporting grant-writing. Kwait is a public health researcher by training, with a focus on social and behavioral sciences. She previously held positions at Abt Associates, RTI International, HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau, and the Maryland AIDS Administration. Kwait holds both a doctoral and master’s degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.  She lives in Maryland with her husband, two sons, and misbehaving dog.
