My name is Rachel McLaughlin and I’ve worked at Whitman-Walker Health since 2008. I love coming to work each day at an organization devoted to providing affirming, equitable health care. I work in the Population Health & Quality Department (PHQ), where we use data in order to understand and improve Whitman-Walker’s programs. PHQ, like the rest of Whitman-Walker, is dedicated to evaluating how our organization is doing at meeting your health needs and what more we can do deliver a great care experience. One of the great things about my role at Whitman-Walker is that I get to collaborate with staff and patients to figure out innovative ways to increase health and happiness in the communities we serve. My team and I are here to figure out what works best for health care at Whitman-Walker and in the community.
