Vibe and Thrive Thursdays are RealTalk DC’s fitness and nutrition programs happening Thursdays each month. Every Vibe and Thrive event follows a different theme, but is always a safe space where we challenge ourselves and encourage each other’s health and wellness through strength training, cardio, fitness games, and nutrition education. Some common themes include Mental Health, Physical Health, Nutrition and Mindfulness. During the COVID-19 pandemic, these events will be held virtually on Instagram at @realtalkdc_’s Instagram Live.
