Leaders in Training (L.I.T DC) is a program that offers life skills for young people, ages 13-21, that focus on three areas of knowledge: Sexual Health, Leadership Development and Workforce Readiness.

L.I.T. DC trainings take place throughout the year. Youth can complete community service hours within the L.I.T. DC training program and will receive official documentation of their hours served. Participants can interview for a position as a RealTalk DC Peer Representative at the end of the program.
